Question 1

What counts as an estimate?

Accepted Answer

An estimate is a person who booked an estimate appointment with you or asked you for a ballpark price. A form fill on its own isn't one. Every one lands on your Estimates board with where it came from. You only pay for the real ones.

Question 2

What about the junk ones? I'm not paying for those.

Accepted Answer

You don't. Flag it on the Estimates board within 7 days. We review every flag and you can read the reason. A no-show that isn't rebooked within 14 days comes off too. A flagged one doesn't count toward the guarantee and you don't pay $75 for it.

Question 3

How soon will I start getting estimates?

Accepted Answer

Setup starts the day you sign, live on a call. We tune your site, set up tracking, build the ads in your own accounts, and turn them on around day 31. Most shops see the first estimates inside the first week of ads. The 45-day guarantee clock starts the day your ads go live, not the day you pay.

Question 4

How many estimates will I actually get?

Accepted Answer

The guarantee is the floor for your first 45 days: coatings 20, roofing 11, siding 7, windows 14 a month. Gutters: set on your call. Elevated Coatings in Utah has had 279 estimates since January 10, 2026, about 30 a month. That's one shop, and yours will vary. The guarantee covers estimates, not what you earn from them.

Question 5

Do you send my estimates to other shops too?

Accepted Answer

Never. Every estimate is yours alone. We take one company per trade per area, so we won't be running ads for the shop down the road. If your area's open and you take it, it's yours until you leave. Check your area on the Get started page.

Question 6

What are the plans, and what do they cost?

Accepted Answer

Two plans, same package, same guarantee. Monthly is $1,500 a month. Ask us how the monthly plan ends. Annual is $15,000 paid up front for the year ($1,250/mo, billed annually, 2 months free). Your ad budget goes straight to Facebook and Google, not to us.

Question 7

Why is there a fee per estimate?

Accepted Answer

So we get paid more only when you get more. It's $75 per real estimate, every trade, billed at the end of each billing month. Flag the junk and it comes off. You can see every line on the Billing screen before it's charged.

Question 8

What's the annual plan?

Accepted Answer

You pay $15,000 up front for the year, which works out to $1,250/mo, billed annually, 2 months free against paying monthly. You get the same guarantee as the monthly plan. After the first 45 days, you're committed for the rest of the year.

Question 9

Do both plans get the guarantee?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the same one. If we don't hit your number in your first 45 days, you get back every dollar you paid us. On the annual plan that's the $15,000 up front. On the monthly plan, if you've made two payments by then: We'll go over it on your call. After day 45 there's no guarantee on either plan.

Question 10

How much do I have to spend on ads?

Accepted Answer

Your ad budget is yours. It goes straight to Facebook and Google, never through us. For coatings, plan on at least $2,500 a month. For the other trades we set the number on the call. Ad spend isn't part of the guarantee refund, because it was never ours.

Question 11

Is there a setup fee?

Accepted Answer

Not on the annual plan. On the monthly plan: Ask us on your call. The website audit and the setup work are part of the package either way.

Question 12

What's the $3,500 website rebuild?

Accepted Answer

If the audit shows your site can't carry the system, we rebuild it first, once, for $3,500. About a week, on your domain, in your name. If your site can carry it, we tune it instead at no extra charge. We tell you which on the call after the audit.

Question 13

What's the $149 audit? Do I get that money back?

Accepted Answer

The audit on its own is $149, one time: a score out of 100, five parts, screenshots, and a fix list in plain words. Sign up after and the $149 comes off your first month. Sign up straight away and the audit's part of the package, yours to keep even if you cancel.

Question 14

What's the guarantee, exactly?

Accepted Answer

The 20 Estimate Guarantee: A set number of estimates a month in your first 45 days, or every dollar you paid us back. Your number follows your trade: coatings 20, roofing 11, siding 7, windows 14 a month, gutters set on your call. Same on both plans. The clock starts the day your ads go live. After day 45 there's no guarantee: by then you've seen the results.

Question 15

How do I claim it?

Accepted Answer

Click Enact guarantee on your Guarantee page and pick three call times. It's a process, not an instant button: we call within 2 business days to confirm your accounts were connected and you followed the guidelines. A decision within 5 business days, the refund within 10. A tracker shows each step.

Question 16

What exactly gets refunded?

Accepted Answer

Every dollar you paid us: your plan fee and any per-estimate fees. Your Guarantee page shows that balance counting up, live. Ad spend went to Facebook and Google, so it isn't ours to refund. Unpaid invoices show as pending until they're paid.

Question 17

I do gutters. What's my number?

Accepted Answer

Gutters: set on your call. We haven't set the gutter number yet. Book a call and we'll run it with you on the screen. Everything else about the package is the same.

Question 18

Am I locked in, and how do I leave?

Accepted Answer

Annual: after the first 45 days, you're committed for the rest of the year. Monthly: Ask us how the monthly plan ends. Either way, start it under Settings, Plan in your dashboard and we confirm on a quick call. Everything you own stays yours.

Question 19

Who owns the accounts, the ads and the numbers?

Accepted Answer

You do. Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, your Facebook ad account and Page: all in your name. We connect to them with your consent, and you can disconnect any of them from the Connections page any day. Every connection key is encrypted. Your data lives on Supabase and Vercel, in the US.

Question 20

What happens if I leave?

Accepted Answer

Everything stays with you: your website, your ad accounts and their history, your Google Business Profile, your estimates. Export the Estimates board to CSV any time. The ads keep running until you turn them off; we just stop touching them. Your dashboard login stays open for a while after you cancel so you can export.

Question 21

What about my website?

Accepted Answer

It's yours. We build on your site, on your domain, in your name. If we rebuilt it for $3,500, that site is yours too, hosting and all. The tracking and the forms keep working after you leave. Nothing to hand back.

Question 22

Who am I going to be dealing with?

Accepted Answer

Our team, from the first call on. The same people build and run your system: the ads, the website, the dashboard. We're a small company out of Indiana. You'll always reach a person, never a call center.

Question 23

You're new. Why should I trust you?

Accepted Answer

Don't take our word for it. Your ads run in your own accounts, your website stays yours, and your dashboard shows every estimate with where it came from. We've got one client's numbers to show so far, and we don't know yet what's typical. That's exactly why the guarantee is in writing.

Question 24

What do I have to do on my end?

Accepted Answer

Four things, and they're the four lights on your Guarantee page: keep your accounts connected, keep your ad spend at or above the minimum, answer new requests within 1 business day, and update outcomes every 7 days. Do those and the guarantee holds. The dashboard tells you the day you slip.
